Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by the RoadLabs.ai platform, operated by Paul Permoser, Niglweg 5 3500 Krems an der Donau Austria, via the website https://roadlabs.ai. By registering and using the service, users agree to these Terms in their current version.

RoadLabs.ai is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create personalized images and videos of their vehicles. Users can upload images of their own cars to train a custom AI model, which then enables the generation of custom media.

Use of the platform requires prior registration.

By registering, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have accepted the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Upon successful registration, a usage agreement between the user and the provider is concluded.

RoadLabs.ai offers both one-time purchases and subscription models. Package details are provided on the pricing page.

Prices and included services are based on the current overview provided on the platform.

By purchasing credits or subscribing, users acquire usage rights as defined in these Terms.

For digital goods such as immediate credit top-ups, the right of withdrawal lapses once the user consents to immediate fulfillment, in accordance with § 18 FAGG (Austria) and § 356 BGB (Germany).

Refunds in the form of money are excluded.

In the case of faulty generations, the provider may offer credit refunds at their discretion.

Users are granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the generated content both privately and commercially.

Users grant RoadLabs.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use uploaded and generated content for the following purposes:

- Improving AI models

- Creating before-and-after showcases

- Marketing and presentation purposes

Content with watermarks:

- Content generated with visible watermarks (e.g., logo or note) may only be used for personal or non-commercial purposes.

- Removing, covering, or altering the watermark is strictly prohibited unless a paid plan or one-time credit has been purchased.

- Commercial use of watermarked content is not permitted.

Users are responsible for the legality of all uploaded content and generated media.

It is prohibited to generate or upload content that:

- Is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive

- Violates the rights of third parties (e.g., trademark or copyright)

- Has NSFW (Not Safe For Work) characteristics

Users agree not to:

- Share accounts with others

- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits or free trials

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform or AI models

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent deletion.

If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the service.

Support & User Friendliness

RoadLabs.ai provides support via email and a contact form on the website. This support is intended to help with technical issues and service-related questions.

Users can try the service free of charge before purchasing (free trial) to evaluate its functionality and quality.

The current Privacy Policy applies.

Only data necessary for providing the platform is processed (e.g., email, Stripe ID, IP address).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated in due time.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

In the event of violations of these Terms, the provider reserves the right to block or delete user accounts.

The provider is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

The provider assumes no responsibility for user-uploaded or generated content.

Users are solely responsible for the use of the generated content.

The provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with future effect. Users will be informed in due time.

Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Jurisdiction is Vienna, if legally permissible.
