2. General Information on Data Processing

We only process personal data to the extent permitted by law. Our platform can generally be used without providing further personal data, however certain functions (e.g. registration, payments) require specific information.

3. Data We Process

We collect and process the following data:

- Email address (during registration/login)

- Stripe customer ID (for payment processing)

- IP address (e.g. for fraud prevention)

- Uploaded images and content

- Metadata of generated content (e.g. prompts, timestamps)

- Session data (for login status)

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We process data for the following purposes:

- To provide platform functionality

- To execute training, generation, and downloads

- To process payments (Stripe)

- To ensure platform security

- To comply with legal obligations

5. Legal Basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract (e.g. registration, payments)

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests (e.g. server logs, fraud prevention)

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (e.g. upon upload)

6. Hosting & Data Storage

The platform is fully self-hosted on servers by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany).

Images, videos, and AI models are stored in Cloudflare R2 (EU region).

DNS and security services are provided via Cloudflare Inc. (USA).

AI training and generation are powered by FAL.AI (CA).

7. Payments via Stripe

Payments are handled via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Payment data and personal information are processed directly by Stripe. For more details, please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy.

8. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies, such as:

- Session management (login state)

- CSRF protection

- Session handling

There is no tracking, analytics, or third-party marketing cookies in use.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for as long as it is necessary to provide the service. There is no predefined deletion period – users may request deletion of their data at any time (see section 10).
